The LIFT Method - Using Ligaments to Reboot Pain Free Movement
When I first began teaching Pilates, it would frustrate me that some clients had so many inhibited movement patterns that were resistant to change. The client would experience frustration at the slowness of progression. After many years of developing The L.I.F.T. Method, my combination bodywork and movement sessions quickly restore the body's bio-tensegrity. The client regains pain free movement. During a Pilates session, when I see the client having trouble obtaining the exercise or movement patterning, a few minutes of LIFT and the client is amazed at how easy and obtainable the exercises are. They leave feeling wonderful. It makes my job so rewarding!
